Privacy

This page describes what this website does with information. It is written to match how the site is actually built, and it is short because the site does very little.

What this site does not do

  • It sets no cookies of its own, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
  • It embeds no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
  • It loads no fonts, images or scripts from external hosts — everything is served from this domain.
  • It does not build a profile of you, and it does not sell or share anything with anyone.

The site is built with an analytics interface that is deliberately left unconnected. If that changes, this page changes with it — and what would be switched on is cookieless and served from this domain, so there would still be nothing to consent to.

If you fill in a form

The demo and contact forms collect your name and email address, and optionally your organization, its type, roughly how many accounts you carry, how people pay you, your biggest challenge, a phone number and a message.

We use those answers to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass your details to anyone else. If you would like what you sent deleted, email hello@zetu.app and we will do it.

Submissions are delivered to the destination configured for this deployment. Where no destination is configured, the form tells you so on screen and nothing is transmitted — it will offer to open your own email client instead.

Hosting and server logs

Like any website, requests to this one reach a hosting provider that keeps operational logs — typically IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent — for security and reliability. That is a property of serving a website at all rather than something this site does deliberately with your data.

This is not the product privacy policy

If you use Zetu as a customer, how personal data is handled inside the platform is governed by the agreement between us, including a data processing agreement where one applies. That is a contracting matter with terms specific to your jurisdiction and your arrangement — it is not something to summarize on a marketing page, and this page makes no compliance claim under any particular regime.
